I was very disappointed with my experience at the Fortuna location. I was only informed upon arrival that copies of my daughter’s X-rays were required for her wisdom tooth removal consultation—this should have been clearly communicated ahead of time. To make matters worse, the building’s WiFi was not working, and when I asked the front desk for assistance, the response was unhelpful and came across as rude. I was told to go outside to contact our dentist’s office myself, rather than being offered any support. In a previous experience at another office, the staff communicated all requirements in advance and even handled coordination with our dentist to ensure a smooth visit. That level of professionalism and care was completely lacking here.

UPDATE: BEWARE- they’ve attempt to collect an additional payment. My insurance has a negotiate rate with them and has paid out to them and they attempted to collect that rate from me again. I can only imagine 100s of people just pay them because they assume they’re right. Went in for a consult to remove wisdom teeth. With an extreme fear of dental work found out I wasn’t a candidate for general anesthesia. However instead of the oral surgeon being understand and trying to game plan a solution that would work best he was very harsh, un empathetic , and then proceeded to talk down to me and explain how to brush my teeth. At one point put a dental instrument in my mouth and when I jumped he said that shouldn’t be sensitive. However it wasn’t I was startled. Annoyed I wasted my time going there. After he said my wisdom tooth was “urgent” and I’d end up in the hospital if not taken care of soon they proceeded to only be able to get me on the schedule a month and a half later. Thankful to have called my other dentist back and get on their books immediately. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a kind and knowledgeable dentist. He needs to improve his bedside manner

Dr. Santin was behind phenomenal, I was taken care of very comfortably, nurses were amazing. I would recommend this team to anyone who is either on the fence about getting work done or scared of the dentist. Phenomenal doctor, amazing team I recommend them to anyone

Having 26 teeth extracted and 8 Implants ( for snap in dentures). I was 100% pleased with the care I recieved from Dr Santin and his staff! I would strongly recommend Dr Santin for your dental needs. Kudos it took sometime but Iam almost done, Thank you for the great care you gave me! Marcie Fogel
